Support organization-wide strategic planning and initiatives by researching markets, analyzing performance and KPIs, preparing reports and business cases, identifying risks and opportunities, coordinating cross-functional execution, and driving continuous improvement. Lead the Vulnerability Management program: oversee scanning, assessment, prioritization, and remediation; enforce SLAs; coordinate across IT, cloud, app, and security teams; manage zero-day responses, vendors, and a team; produce KPIs, dashboards, executive reports; and support audits and compliance.

Leads entertainment portfolio strategy and early-stage development for new destinations. Manages ideation, concept planning, project documentation, consultants, licensors, benchmarking research, operating models, pricing, marketing, manpower planning, and stakeholder presentations to align projects with strategic, guest experience, and commercial objectives.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, management reporting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring for operating assets including theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues. Partners with finance business partners and asset management teams on scenario planning, investment proposals, pricing, operational models, benchmarking, dashboards, data governance, and executive decision support.

Manages and optimizes the HRIS, maintaining accurate HR records, auditing data, supporting system upgrades and integrations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new modules. The role generates HR reports and metrics, trains HR staff and employees, collaborates with IT and vendors, and supports HRIS-related projects to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Supports SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, enhancement, and support projects, including integrations with Employee Central Payroll and SAP S/4HANA. Designs practical solutions for complex scenarios, translates business requirements into technical solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, manages client expectations, and supports large-scale projects. Requires expertise in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM localization for KSA, strong English and Arabic communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Lead and govern design standards for stadiums, arenas, and sports infrastructure, focusing on structures, long-span and retractable roofs, façades, building envelopes, seating bowls, resilience, durability, and dynamic performance. Serve as the technical authority, conduct design reviews and assurance activities, establish compliance frameworks, support innovation and sustainability initiatives, and advise project stakeholders on FIFA-compliant and multipurpose sports venues.

Leads IT business partnering for Qiddiya’s Motorsport portfolio, owning technology demand management, portfolio governance, strategic roadmaps, executive stakeholder engagement, and asset IT readiness. Translates business strategy into technology initiatives, prioritizes requests, coordinates operators and delivery partners, and ensures operational technology, smart venue, ticketing, fan engagement, analytics, and infrastructure capabilities are ready for asset openings and major events.

Manages local content programs and policy compliance across Qiddiya projects. Responsibilities include developing local content strategies, interpreting Saudi regulations, tracking performance, coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams, developing local suppliers, engaging government and regulatory stakeholders, preparing for audits, and training internal teams on compliance requirements.

Lead city-wide community management strategy across mixed-use districts, residential communities, destination assets and city operations. Build and manage relationships with residents, tenants, asset operators, government entities, and internal teams to deliver community experience, operational excellence, and sustained engagement for a large-scale urban development.
