Role Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solution.
• Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic.
• Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
• Suport in Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations.
• Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
