Supports continuing education and training operations through course logistics, timetabling, trainer coordination, performance reporting, business development, client and partner sourcing, account management, and process improvement. Provides personal assistant support to the Principal, including calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and drafting reports and correspondence.

Manages examination test items, item banks, assessment materials, and examination paper development. Coordinates with subject matter experts and stakeholders on item creation, review, translation, updating, and readiness. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, learning outcomes, graduate employment, and industry alignment. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, analyze data, identify curriculum gaps, validate findings with experts and industry partners, and prepare actionable reports and presentations for curriculum improvement and regulatory compliance.

Manage the organization’s investment portfolio, including recommendations, execution, accounting, performance monitoring, reporting, and audits. Review investment policies, support the Finance and Investment Committee, prepare government returns, analyze data, improve finance processes, and contribute to automation and finance transformation initiatives.

Designs, deploys, and manages Microsoft 365 cloud solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Monitors service health, resolves technical issues, implements identity, security, compliance, and data protection controls, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners. The role also includes documentation, end-user training, stakeholder communication, endpoint management policy development, workflow automation, and support for new initiatives.

Builds data pipelines, models, analytics solutions, AI and machine learning models, and Power BI dashboards using structured and unstructured learning data. Partners with faculty to gather requirements, generate insights into student behavior, apply statistical and diagnostic analysis, and provide dashboard training and analytics knowledge transfer to staff.

Administer continuing education and training courses, including policy implementation, intake planning, government reporting, funding, contracting, trainer payments, evaluations, publicity, procurement, audits, and stakeholder communications. Oversee course websites and application systems, prepare proposals, and support institutional continuing education initiatives and projects.

Provides administrative and management support for part-time courses, including publicity, enrolment, stakeholder correspondence, funding matters, student information, intake analysis, and survey compilation. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, multitasking, teamwork, and deadline-management skills, plus proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheets. Digital marketing materials and automation experience are advantageous.
