Deliver a risk-based review of insurance policy wordings to assess alignment with FCA Consumer Duty, Lloyd's Minimum Standards, and conduct risk frameworks. Identify potential customer detriment, recommend amendments, draft/redraft wordings with legal input, maintain audit trails, report progress to senior stakeholders, and help develop ongoing conduct risk wordings frameworks.

Operate and own an established access governance programme across two related entities. Administer and test entitlements (AD, Unix, JIRA, SharePoint, service accounts), manage physical access, review transfers and software requests, monitor exception reports, coordinate rollouts, maintain shared resource tracking, audit controls, and report via JIRA to senior leadership while liaising with engineering, security, and business stakeholders.

Coordinate Credit, KYC, Legal, and Operations to enable go-lives, prioritize the onboarding pipeline, act as single point of contact, liaise with sales desks and senior stakeholders, drive regulatory projects and remediation, and uphold operational risk and compliance standards.

Ensure underwriting data quality through validation, reconciliation and QA; maintain PowerBI underwriting MI and produce quarterly MI packs; monitor underwriting authorities and premium controls; prepare Non-Financial Lloyd's and regulatory returns with stakeholders; identify automation opportunities; and coordinate between underwriters, finance, actuarial, compliance and technology teams.

Perform hands-on review and reconciliation of historic outwards (ceded) reinsurance calculations, validate broker-led recoveries, identify discrepancies and control issues, and provide clear findings and practical support to resolve amounts due.

Provide administrative support for procurement functions: organise documents, assist vendor management and due diligence, maintain records, liaise with internal teams to ensure procedures, and support business management tasks. Initial 6-month contract, hybrid with three days in-office.

Lead business change activities for an identity and privileged access programme: translate project activity into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, work packages, and to-be processes; produce handover documentation for BAU teams; track initial release to privileged users and feed lessons learned back into the programme.
