Supports the operations manager with field-project scheduling, tracking, customer coordination, hours reporting, permit and HOA status updates, PTO submissions, and preparation of management documents and reports. The role requires bilingual communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork, independence, administrative experience, and customer service experience. No supervisory responsibilities are assigned.
