The role requires acquisition program support experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Supports the U.S. Marshals Service Financial Services Division with accounts payable, audits, reconciliations, financial reporting, journal entries, data entry, payment processing, invoice distribution, and administrative support. The role also helps resolve accounting issues and liaises with federal employees, contractors, and internal divisions.

Analyze wearable sensor, biometric, operational, and medical datasets to generate insights on human performance, brain health, force readiness, and mission effectiveness. Develop dashboards, metrics, scorecards, visualizations, and recurring reports; perform statistical and longitudinal analyses; present findings to military leaders; and collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality and reporting.

Provides senior-level federal contract support for the United States Marshals Service. Assists contracting officers with cradle-to-grave contract actions, awards, task orders, administration, solicitation reviews, FAR-compliant market research, Determination and Findings documentation, and statistical analysis. The role requires independent work, regulatory compliance, and creative problem-solving for complex contracting challenges.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Office of the Ombuds, including executive calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, reports, presentations, outreach, training, policy research, and confidential information handling. Supports senior executives and leadership while coordinating office activities and communications for the United States Marshals Service mission.

Lead human factors engineering across testing of CBRN detection systems. Conduct usability, task, workload, human-in-the-loop, and human-system interface evaluations; analyze operator errors and incidents; and recommend design, training, and procedural mitigations. Integrate human performance findings into test plans, reports, and acquisition decisions. Collaborate with systems engineers and stakeholders to ensure traceable, testable human factors requirements within federal acquisition and test-and-evaluation frameworks.
