Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries using provided scripts; schedule sales and service appointments; record and track customer information in the BDC database; maintain product and inventory knowledge; provide warm, helpful customer interactions. Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends required.

The Finance Assistant will assist in preparing paperwork and contracts, ensure compliance with guidelines, audit deals post-sale, and manage title work submissions.
