Designs, develops, and improves classroom, online, and hybrid courses; partners with faculty and IT to integrate pedagogical best practices and instructional technologies; leads LMS administration, faculty training, accessibility and quality assurance efforts, and evaluates emerging tools including AI to support student engagement and academic integrity.

Greet and assist visitors and callers; manage accounts receivable tasks including processing receipts, reconciling payments, maintaining Nelnet payment plans, billing third-party payers, researching charges, entering journal entries, supervising student workers, and handling mail/postage and fleet scheduling.

Teach CSCI 1100 Introduction to Personal Computing for undergraduate liberal arts students. Cover fundamentals of hardware, operating systems, networking, privacy/security, social/legal impacts, and MS Office/Excel applications. Prepare and evaluate coursework, communicate teaching philosophy and experience in application materials, and pass a background check.
