The role requires teamwork, independent problem-solving, strong organization, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, varied weather, and around active railroad yards.

Supervise and manage all costume operations for a live, moving-train production: inventory, fittings, alterations, maintenance, laundering, load-in/out, backstage prep, and coordination with production, props, and stage management to preserve costume integrity throughout performances and rehearsals.

Manage all local technical and operational aspects of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride, including recruiting and supervising crew, creating schedules, coordinating vendors, overseeing load-in/load-out and safety, tracking budgets/expenses, and serving as liaison with on-site management and REP staff to deliver the production.

Assist Production and Stage Managers with load-in/out, cast and crew support, driving talent, shop runs, petty cash/expense reports, railroad safety compliance, and general event duties for a live train-based theatrical production.

Support Production and Stage Managers during load-in, load-out, and live performances. Assist with cast transport, supply runs, petty cash/expense reports, railroad safety, and general event tasks to ensure smooth operation of the immersive train production.
