Maintain general ledger and perform cost accounting. Prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile bank and cash accounts, manage A/R and A/P, assist auditors, file tax forms, and support accounting software and purchasing/invoicing systems.

Manage product sales and orders for assigned accounts, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, install and maintain point-of-sale displays and cold equipment, perform shelf resets, promote promotional programs, maintain company vehicle and assets, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate account activities to internal teams.

Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, manage month/quarter/year-end closings, support financial reporting and audits, analyze variances, assist budgeting/forecasting, and improve accounting processes.
