This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while supporting daily accounting operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Provide oversight and financial guidance to purchasing and procurement functions
- Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedules
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory accounting or distribution environments
- Experience participating in audits or financial statement preparation
Skills Required
