We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while supporting daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  • Provide oversight and financial guidance to purchasing and procurement functions
  • Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements
  • Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedules
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory accounting or distribution environments
  • Experience participating in audits or financial statement preparation

Skills Required
