Lead CRIHB's financial strategy and operations including accounting, budgeting, grants fiscal administration, audits, internal controls, financial reporting, cash management, and long-term planning. Serve as executive advisor to CEO and Board, oversee Finance staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, Tribal and grant requirements, negotiate indirect cost rates, and provide financial training to Tribal partners.

Coordinate and manage public health projects for Tribal Health Programs: plan, monitor, administer activities, provide training and technical assistance, liaise with stakeholders, prepare reports, pursue funding, and measure program outcomes.
