The Client Experience Specialist handles client calls related to case updates, ensures client satisfaction, maintains case information, and collaborates with the team for issue resolution.

Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar, travel, correspondence, and meeting materials. Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities: place and track purchase orders, monitor production and shipments, review shipping documents and compliance, and manage supplier communications. Maintain records, assist invoicing and reconciliations, prepare operational and financial reports, and use Excel, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Power BI and AI tools. Identify process improvements and support administrative, logistics, and budgeting tasks.

Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns (primarily Forms 1065 and 1120), prepare extensions and final filings, assist with notices/amendments, analyze financials prior to tax prep, ensure IRS compliance, collaborate with U.S. teams and clients, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements.
