Serve as the primary administrator and technical lead for the Museum's Google Workspace tenant, securing, governing, optimizing, and supporting services. Manage identity and access (Okta, SSO, MFA), implement DLP and email-security, support FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST compliance and ATO activities, administer Gemini governance, provide incident response and after-hours support, and deliver documentation, training, and service-management coordination.
