Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the College of Sport Science, overseeing curriculum, accreditation, faculty development, research, student success, budgeting, and external partnerships. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration, secure research funding, ensure accreditation compliance, and elevate the College's regional and global profile while fostering an inclusive culture.

Teach undergraduate AI and related CS courses, develop syllabi and assessments, integrate AI tools in instruction, supervise and mentor students, conduct and publish Scopus-indexed research, engage in curriculum development and university service, and participate in assessments and community/professional activities.

Lead the university's strategic planning and institutional development, drive financial strategy and budget oversight, manage administrative operations (HR, facilities, procurement), set and monitor KPIs, produce strategic progress reports, liaise with stakeholders, and mentor staff to improve institutional effectiveness.

Teach undergraduate and graduate supply chain courses; develop and update curriculum; conduct and publish rigorous qualitative and quantitative research; supervise and mentor students; pursue external funding; collaborate on interdisciplinary research; engage with industry and community; participate in university service and outreach.

Manage and administer Blackboard Ultra LMS; train and support faculty and students; set up courses and user accounts; troubleshoot and apply updates; develop training materials and workshops; collaborate with IT and instructional designers to evaluate and implement educational technologies and integrate systems like Banner.

Teach and develop undergraduate public relations and strategic communication courses, update curriculum, conduct and publish research using qualitative and quantitative methods, secure funding, build industry partnerships, mentor students, represent the university at conferences, and engage in community outreach.

Teach undergraduate Islamic Sharia (Fiqh) courses, develop curriculum, advise students, engage in research with Scopus-indexed publications and H-index, participate in departmental service, collaborate on interdisciplinary initiatives, and pursue continuous professional development.
