The Project Administrator provides support to project teams by coordinating activities, tracking budgets, and managing documentation for multiple projects.

Lead and execute manual and automated testing strategies across GUI and non-GUI systems. Create test plans, scripts, and automation; perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing; triage defects; integrate tests into CI/CD; validate data migrations and accessibility compliance; collaborate with Agile teams and maintain quality documentation.

Lead strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise and conversational AI for contact-centre modernization. Design LLMs, RAG/vector-search knowledge systems, conversational journeys, AI guardrails, integrations with CRM and enterprise systems, API/microservices architectures, and governance/model lifecycle. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

Design, build, and support enterprise Generative AI, LLM and Conversational AI solutions (IVR, virtual assistants, voicebots). Integrate AI with contact centre and enterprise systems, implement RAG/AI agents and prompt frameworks, ensure security, Responsible AI, and operational monitoring; produce documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.

Lead and deliver large, complex IT and business transformation projects: manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement; create integrated plans, financial reporting, governance, change control, and ensure knowledge transfer and regulatory compliance.

Lead test planning and execution for web, mobile, and enterprise systems. Develop and maintain automated test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, perform functional, integration, performance, accessibility (AODA) and data validation testing, manage defects, support UAT, and produce test documentation and metrics while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Lead large, complex application development projects using Agile/Scrum from initiation through delivery. Manage schedules, risks, budgets, resources, governance and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, use Jira for backlog/sprint management, oversee technical teams, ensure privacy/security/compliance deliverables, and coordinate architecture reviews and project gating.

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications across the SDLC. Provide technical leadership, architecture, mentor junior developers, translate business requirements into solutions, evaluate technologies, and support deployments and post-implementation activities.

Lead and govern enterprise-scale network security and cybersecurity programs (SSE, ZTNA, Prisma Access, WAF, firewall modernization). Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholder and vendor relationships, risks, budgets, roadmaps, and transitions into operations. Drive Zero Trust and Security-by-Design adoption, executive reporting, governance forums, and continuous improvement to enhance security posture and operational readiness.

Support project and program delivery by maintaining project controls, dashboards, schedules, and documentation; coordinate with stakeholders, track risks/issues, prepare status reports, facilitate meetings, and support Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes.
