Process gross-to-net payroll for up to 2,200 staff using MHR iTrent, administer defined benefit pensions, ensure HMRC statutory deductions, perform reconciliations, resolve complex queries, improve processes, test system upgrades, and support annual audits.

Coordinate small- to medium-sized data quality and process improvement projects across the university. Work with stakeholders to define requirements, support automation and validation in student record systems, and ensure data consistency for reporting and regulatory compliance. Communicate findings and implement solutions to enhance student and course record data.
