Deliver hands-on demonstrations in location sound, studio audio, Pro Tools, audio post-production, and broadcast workflows. Provide technical support for live productions, practical sessions, and assessments while helping students use professional recording, mixing, routing, monitoring, timecode, and immersive audio equipment. Collaborate with students, academic staff, and technical teams, support multi-camera and live productions, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute current industry expertise to creative media education.

Coordinate accurate, compliant payroll and pension processing for more than 2,200 university employees. Support system configuration, testing, process improvements, statutory compliance, audits, reporting, pension communications, and financial assurance. Provide day-to-day team leadership, resolve complex payroll queries, oversee monthly processing, and deputise for the Payroll and Pensions Manager when required.

Process supplier invoices, purchasing card transactions, and employee expense claims accurately and promptly. Reconcile supplier statements, resolve accounts payable queries, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with university financial policies, and support timely payments and supplier relationships. The role also contributes to service-level delivery, continuous improvement, and effective Accounts Payable operations across Finance Services.
