Lead a team of account managers to grow workforce outsourcing business, manage client relationships and vendor partnerships, ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance, drive process improvements and innovation, and oversee financial performance and cost optimization.

Coordinate and support daily onboarding arrivals for site-based new joiners: collect and safeguard passports, mark arrivals in HR360, schedule/ensure attendance for EIDs/medicals/trainings, conduct HRI sessions, receive airport arrivals, resolve queries, and suggest process improvements to reduce arrival times and enhance comfort.

Provide HR data analysis, reporting, and Power BI dashboard maintenance to deliver employee-, BU-, and organization-level insights. Ensure data integrity across HR systems (Oracle, EBS), monitor SLAs and KPIs, identify trends and exceptions, support process improvements and automation, and partner with HR Operations and system owners to correct data issues and improve governance and employee experience.

Manage assigned hospitality client accounts end-to-end, ensuring contract profitability, SLA/KPI performance, client relationships, staff mobilization, operational excellence, and identifying process automation and cost-saving opportunities.

Manage day-to-day HR service delivery for assigned accounts, ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy, maintain client relationships, draft and negotiate contracts, coordinate recruitment, visas, onboarding/offboarding, monitor SOPs/KPIs, identify account growth opportunities, and support continuous improvement.

Manage day-to-day centralized billing and revenue assurance: invoice and credit note management, large-data billing analysis, reconciliations, master rate maintenance (Oracle/Excel), approval workflows, detect and remediate revenue leakage, and drive process improvement and automation.

Process candidate biodata and visas for site-based hires, maintain accurate records, update candidates and stakeholders, ensure data protection compliance, and suggest process improvements to speed onboarding.

Coordinate daily arrivals and onboarding for site-based new joiners: collect and safeguard passports, mark arrivals in HR360, conduct HRI sessions, ensure attendance at EIDs/medicals/trainings, receive arrivals from the airport, assist with policies and queries, and suggest process improvements.
