We are currently recruiting for a Senior Officer - Billing Assurance to join our Payroll, Billing Operations and Assurance team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: The job holder is responsible for the day to day running of streamlined and efficient processes in delivering a wide range of services, including but not limited to; record keeping and reporting, Client or Business Unit queries, large data set analysis, Ad-hoc invoice management, billing operations, credit note management, data reconciliations and assurance and, approval management for Centralised Billing Business Units (BU’s) only. Revenue assurance officer has added responsibilities in preventing revenue leakage and data quality and process improvement techniques to boost profitability, revenues, and cash flows through the proper collection of revenue for all delivered services.
Financial:
- Contributing to CI Log in either hard or soft savings and process improvement.
- Limit unbilled revenue above 30 Days and credit note % for centralised Business Groups.
Customer:
- Establish and enforce quality control measures in centralised credit note calculations.
- Record and maintain invoice trackers recording all relevant information on established templates available.
Process:
- Analyse and investigate all billing inputs and outputs to identify commercial and error driven revenue leakage through the revenue assurance framework.
- Analyse and prepare billing inputs and sense check automated outputs and manual calculations.
- Maintain updated and accurate master rate cards managed on either on Oracle or MS Excel for billing calculations in line with all available commercial documents.
Innovation:
- Drive area specific process improvement and automation to reduce manual work
Selection Criteria:
- General knowledge in MS Office with advanced knowledge in excel,
- Strong background in revenue assurance processes and methodologies,
- Ability to generate and analyze billing reports from large and diverse data sets,
- Background in billing calculations across several industries including aviation, security, cash, white-collar and blue-collar manpower supply.
- Knowledge of billing audits and reconciliation processes,
- Proficiency in billing software Oracle ERP
- Background in identifying revenue risks and opportunities
- Track and correct revenue leaking contracts
- Competent English speaking and writing level
Skills Required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / MS Office
- Strong background in revenue assurance processes and methodologies
- Ability to generate and analyze billing reports from large and diverse data sets
- Experience in billing calculations across industries (aviation, security, cash, white- and blue-collar manpower)
- Knowledge of billing audits and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP billing software
- Experience identifying revenue risks and opportunities and correcting revenue-leaking contracts
- Competent English speaking and writing skills
