Provide administrative support to the Business Development team by monitoring lead portals, managing tender and information mailboxes, maintaining bid libraries and trackers, processing NDAs and EOIs, and assisting in production and delivery of compliant proposals.

Support hospitality contract operations by overseeing staff deployments and time & attendance, act as client operational contact, coordinate demand planning, billing and payroll, optimize workflows across transport/HR/deployments/accommodation, manage onboarding, resolve employee queries, and identify automation opportunities.

Coordinate Welcome Centre arrivals for site-based new joiners in Dubai: receive and safekeep passports, record arrivals in HR360, ensure attendance at EIDs/medicals/trainings, conduct HRI sessions, assist newcomers with policies and queries, and propose process improvements to speed and enhance the arrivals experience.

Support day-to-day payroll operations including record keeping, payroll reporting, employee queries, payroll card requests, time & attendance management, and end-of-service calculations. Produce payroll letters, contribute to continuous improvement and automation, ensure accurate costing of wage elements, and liaise with external payroll providers. Use Excel and Oracle ERP to generate and analyze payroll reports.

Develops and delivers training programs for Total Facilities Management, conducts quality inspections and audits, manages BISC certification rollout, evaluates training impact, and supports recruitment and continuous improvement for soft services operations.

Manage day-to-day security operations and service delivery for assigned contracts, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, client communication, revenue forecasting, P&L management, licensing and audits, staff scheduling and training, site visits, and coordination with SOC and account teams to prevent contractual penalties and ensure regulatory compliance (SIRA).

Manage transactional HR and administration for Workforce Solutions: insurance census, cash/credit requests, HRMS updates, onboarding/offboarding, visa and payroll services, SOP/KPI adherence, team training, reporting, and process improvement/automation initiatives to ensure timely, cost-effective HR delivery.
