Role Purpose: The Emirati Talent Internship Program provides Emirati students and fresh graduates with an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to business projects across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day activities within assigned departments.
- Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues through different functions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to learning.
Selection Criteria:
- Emirati candidates with Family Book.
- Current student or recent graduate from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally.
Potential Departments: Corporate Functions (including HR, Finance, and Marketing) and Operational Functions (including Onboarding, Business Resilience, Investigations, Total Facilities Management, and other business areas).
Note: Successful candidates will be assigned to a department based on available opportunities and business requirements, and the candidate suitability for the role.
