Oversee and optimize building management and operational technology systems across a multi-property portfolio. Responsibilities include OT network architecture, controller communication, IP addressing, VLANs, gateways, polling intervals, alarm routing, programming standards, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and system reliability. The role requires hands-on work across properties, occasional short-notice travel, confidentiality, and adherence to OSHA and company safety policies.

Manage all accounting, finance, and payroll for DFI and related entities. Lead ERP and financial systems administration, produce financial statements and reports, oversee close processes, develop internal controls, support audits, partner with operations on performance and risk, coordinate external advisors, and drive automation and process improvements to improve reporting and cash flow.
