Assist with the operation of Midland College home athletic events. Duties may include scoreboard and clock operation, scoring, shot-clock management, public-address announcing, ticket sales, statistics, camera operations, music, and sport-specific activities such as volleyball line judging and libero tracking. Staff must work professionally with coaches and officials, support a positive game-day experience, and be available for evening and weekend events.

Provides reference and circulation assistance to students, faculty, and public patrons. Helps users access books, journals, databases, e-books, e-magazines, and library catalog information. Supports circulation desk operations, assists throughout the library, and performs related duties. Requires Sunday evening, one weeknight, and on-call availability, with occasional travel for training, meetings, and events.

Supports daily HR and payroll operations by processing personnel actions, maintaining employee and position records, managing HRIS data, assisting with payroll administration, preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and supporting audits, process improvements, and system testing. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to manage high-volume activity with frequent interruptions.

Maintains accurate college financial records by monitoring cash and bank activity, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, investigating discrepancies, preparing cash reports, supporting tax and unclaimed property reporting, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. The role also assists with cash management, internal controls, process improvements, and accounting inquiries across the college.

Supports financial administration and compliance for federal, state, local, and private grants. Monitors budgets and expenditures, reviews transactions, reconciles grant accounts and general ledger activity, prepares reports, reimbursement requests, journal entries, and audit documentation, and maintains accurate financial records. Assists with grant setup, month-end and year-end close, reporting deadlines, compliance research, and resolving accounting discrepancies while supporting grant directors and Accounting leadership.

Direct the Permian Basin Area Health Education Center by planning and evaluating health career programs, managing staff, budgets, grants, compliance, reporting, and partnerships. Build relationships with healthcare, education, civic, and community organizations across a 27-county region; assess workforce needs; support rural communities; coordinate student stipends; oversee advisory board engagement; and represent the program at meetings and conferences.
