Manages day-to-day HR operations, including weekly payroll, benefits, HRIS data, employee records, compliance, reporting, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations support, performance reviews, and HR service requests. Coordinates audits, maintains documentation, responds to employee and manager questions, supports engagement initiatives, and improves HR processes. The role requires accurate, confidential, service-oriented support and collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources Manager.
