Manage property accounting for internal and external properties including daily operations, CAM calculations, cash management, monthly financial reports, annual budgets, tenant expense reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and accounting for multiple family-owned entities.

Manage private-label product setup, packaging artwork routing, and specification maintenance. Coordinate with retail customers, brokers, and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product designs, costings, forecasts, and price lists using company systems and retail portals.

The role involves leading production line staff, providing training, ensuring packaging quality, reporting issues, and tracking productivity metrics.
