Develops and improves manufacturing processes for new and existing products at a Wisconsin plant. Leads Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Kaizen initiatives; trains employees; identifies process improvements; supports production-line design and capital-project implementation; evaluates equipment and tooling; troubleshoots process and equipment issues; analyzes SPC data and OEE; and coordinates cross-functional engineering requirements. Manage private-label product setup, packaging artwork routing, and specification maintenance. Coordinate with retail customers, brokers, and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product designs, costings, forecasts, and price lists using company systems and retail portals.
