The Roll Off Refuse Specialist operates a roll off truck, performs inspections, ensures compliance with safety regulations, communicates with customers, and maintains vehicle cleanliness.

Lead development and execution of company-wide safety and compliance programs across multi-site waste and transportation operations. Oversee fleet safety, incident investigations, regulatory inspections, audits, training, data analysis, and corrective actions to reduce injuries, accidents, claims, and regulatory exposure. Partner with operations, risk management, and maintenance to implement safety controls and standardize practices during onboarding and acquisitions.

Own and operate Priority Waste’s enterprise data platform, building Azure and Microsoft Fabric pipelines, warehouse models, Power BI semantic models and dashboards. Integrate operational, payroll, fleet, telematics, API and file-based data sources. Manage monitoring, alerting, data quality and governance while expanding AI-driven reporting and reconciliation automations. This hands-on, on-site role requires independently scoping, building, deploying and operating production data systems as the company’s primary data engineer.

Build and operate integrations connecting operations, ERP, payroll, contact center, and other business systems. Replace manual workflows with reliable cloud services, develop APIs on Azure, and create internal, driver-facing Android, and customer-facing web applications.
