Compiles billing data, calculates rates and fees, audits transactions, researches billing errors, verifies charges, prepares customer invoices, and generates basic reports. Supports Accounts Receivable with accruals and monthly close activities. The role also contributes to process improvement and works with customers and internal teams to maintain accurate, timely billing.

Evaluates warehouse operational processes and internal controls for efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and consistency. Observes activities, identifies gaps and inefficiencies, communicates audit findings, and collaborates with operational teams to implement process improvements. Requires objective judgment, strong analytical and communication skills, auditing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to stand and walk extensively throughout warehouse spaces.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for logistics and transportation divisions. Analyzes revenue, costs, margins, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives; prepares reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data extracts. Performs reconciliations, validates data, supports ERP and financial planning systems, and collaborates across departments to improve finance processes and business decisions.
