Maintain and troubleshoot computer lab hardware, software, networks, and electronics equipment; install and configure software tools (Orange, R, SPSS, JAMOVI), calibrate instruments, support faculty and students during practicals, manage inventory and lab records, and assist with academic and administrative lab tasks.

Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of internal online assessments; manage secure uploading and verification of question papers; liaise with faculty, students, and support teams; verify and compile marks, assist in result publication; maintain confidential examination records and MIS data; generate reports, resolve queries, ensure policy compliance, and recommend process improvements.

Support product managers in product planning and execution: gather requirements, write epics/user stories, coordinate development, run UAT/testing, manage backlog and releases, document features, track product metrics, and liaise with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end campus placements by building corporate relationships, organizing recruitment drives, guiding students on careers, maintaining placement records, and coordinating with faculty and student committees to facilitate internships, live projects, and final/lateral placements.

Manage and grow territory enrollment via Authorized Enrollment Partners (AEPs): drive student acquisition, revenue, and partner performance. Lead and coach a small sales team, develop territory plans, analyze market and competitor activity, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate cross-functionally, and support partner-led marketing and operations to meet enrolment and revenue targets.
