Onboard customers and guide them through audits using Rely’s multifamily diligence platform. Review leases, rent rolls, resident files, and property data; explain discrepancies and findings; support acquisition diligence, audits, and transitions; provide day-to-day customer assistance; and collaborate with product teams to turn feedback into improvements and scalable customer-success practices.

As a Software Engineer, you will develop full-stack workflows, utilize LLMs and AI for document processing, and manage high-impact features while collaborating with the team and customers.
