We're a remote-first, lean team moving fast on product and already working with some of the largest multifamily owners/operators/lenders in the country. We're looking to hire a mission driven, customer success manager that wants to make an immediate impact and improve the lives of our customers.
Rely is looking for a Customer Success Associate with hands-on multifamily experience to help our customers get the most out of our audit and diligence platform.
This is an ideal role for someone who has worked inside multifamily operations, due diligence, lease administration, transitions, or property management and understands the details behind leases, rent rolls, resident files, and property-level data.
What You’ll Do
- Help onboard customers and guide them through their first audits
- Review lease audits, rent rolls, and property data to ensure customers are getting useful, actionable results
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for customers using Rely
- Help customers understand discrepancies, findings, and opportunities identified by the platform
- Work closely with our product team to translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Support acquisition diligence, internal audits, transitions, and other multifamily workflows
- Help develop best practices as we scale customer success across the industry
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of multifamily experience
- Direct experience reviewing leases, rent rolls, resident files, or lease audits
- Strong understanding of how multifamily properties operate
- Experience with systems like Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar PMS platforms
- Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of property-level data
- Strong communicator who can work directly with property teams, operators, and executives
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where the role will evolve quickly
Great Backgrounds for This Role: Auditor, due diligence analyst, transitions specialist, property accountant, operations analyst, property management associate, or someone who has worked directly on multifamily acquisitions and audits.

- Strong understanding of multifamily property operations
- Experience with Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management systems
