Collaborate with marketing to develop campaign concepts, prepare print-ready artwork, edit graphics for web and e-commerce, manage multiple projects to deadlines, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and stay current with design trends and best practices.

Provide HR administrative and recruiting support including maintaining employee records, onboarding coordination, payroll/timekeeping assistance, benefits and compliance documentation, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing ATS and HRIS data, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting special HR projects to ensure smooth HR operations and positive candidate/employee experiences.

Provide executive administrative support while coordinating dispatch and freight logistics. Manage calendars, travel, driver communication, load assignments, shipment tracking, documentation (bills of lading, invoices), TMS updates, customer/carrier communication, and billing/recordkeeping.
