Provide electrical and systems engineering support for Air Force C3BM programs at Hill AFB. Conduct system lifecycle analyses, translate DoD user requirements, review system architectures, support test & evaluation, assess vendor submissions and engineering changes, perform life-cycle cost evaluations, and assist in technical planning, risk tracking, and FMS efforts while ensuring operational safety and effectiveness.

Provide system administration for LAN/WAN, web and communication systems; perform configuration, capacity planning, and operations for mainframe, client/server, or cloud systems; prepare technical implementation plans; optimize system performance and assist users. Provide program management and executive administrative support to the DAF C3BM program office. Duties include scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence/reports/briefings, maintaining records and conferencing equipment, assisting travel planning via the Defense Travel System, tracking action items/suspenses, and supporting acquisition activities such as RFP inputs, SOWs, CDRLs, and review of acquisition documents to help maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Provide systems engineering support for the DAF Battle Network across the acquisition lifecycle. Translate operational requirements into technical architectures, drive interoperability across programs and mission partners, assess risks and gaps (including ICAM), support test/evaluation and acquisition execution, and produce technical briefings, POA&Ms, and engineering artifacts to deliver integrated multi-domain capabilities.

Produce, edit, and maintain technical documentation (requirements, user guides, manuals, technical papers) for DAF Battle Network programs. Work with engineers and program leadership to gather, verify, and organize technical content, ensure formatting/configuration control, support review cycles, maintain document libraries, and create presentation/supporting materials to aid decision-making and mission execution.

The Electrical Engineer supports the DoD by providing technical expertise in systems and electrical engineering across the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with operational and acquisition requirements.

Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle for the Air Mission Integration Team, translating operational requirements into technical solutions, defining architectures, assessing risks, supporting test and evaluation, driving interoperability, and preparing technical briefings for government leadership.

Lead logistics management for AFLCMC/PEO ISR SOF programs, providing acquisition logistics inputs (RFPs, CDRLs, LCSPs), conducting Logistics Health Assessments, managing GFE/CAP and material accountability, supporting SCRM, IPTs, and sustainment planning for aircraft programs (AWACS/Wedgetail).
