The Business Readiness Lead will oversee the Source-to-Pay workstream in a transformation program, managing coordination and governance among multiple teams.

Lead implementation and configuration of SAP DRC across LATAM for statutory reporting and electronic invoicing. Design eDocument processes, XML mappings, and integrations with SAP Integration Suite and government tax platforms. Support Fit-Gap, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, hypercare, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.

Lead design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) for LATAM statutory reporting and electronic invoicing on S/4HANA. Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and technical teams, manage SIT/UAT/hypercare, maintain XML mappings and integrations with government tax authorities, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and documentation.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Procure-to-Pay deployments during an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Translate global designs into site deployment plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage testing and defect triage, validate complex SAP scenarios, drive user adoption and Train-the-Trainer, and ensure smooth transition to BAU while minimizing disruption and meeting deployment KPIs.

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation delivery across planning, design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support. Drive governance, stakeholder engagement, cutover and hypercare, data migration, testing, change management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure solutions meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution delivery for an SAP S/4HANA implementation in Germany, aligning global templates with local tax, e-invoicing, and procurement regulations. Coordinate requirements, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare across S/4HANA, Ariba, and OpenText VIM while providing training, documentation, and vendor management to ensure operational continuity and process optimization.
