The role also handles technical phone and email support, vendor follow-up, service-level metrics, and approved service fulfillment.

Leads enterprise cloud data integration across statewide programs, designing landing zones, ingestion patterns, secure pipelines, and cloud-native services. Builds governed data warehouses using Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion layers; establishes storage, partitioning, metadata, lineage, and modeling standards. Ensures data quality, privacy, and compliance with HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST. Collaborates with architects, security teams, vendors, and agencies while evaluating emerging tools and AI-assisted development.

Business Analysts will gather and document requirements, map current and future processes, facilitate Agile ceremonies, support testing and UAT, resolve cross-functional issues, and create technical, customer-facing, training, and implementation documentation. They will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and government partners on web application and Pharmacy Partner Hub initiatives. The role requires strong business analysis, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, Oracle APEX, and .NET experience, plus knowledge of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.

Develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI solutions, and Dataverse data models. Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, migrate existing applications, troubleshoot and optimize solutions, mitigate technical risks, and coordinate releases. It follows a hybrid schedule in Towson, Maryland, with up to two remote days weekly.
