Creates and modifies Crystal Reports and SQL queries using Cityworks and land-management data.

- Experience as systems analyst, supporting users with issues resolution, system enhancement, upgrades and conversion.
- Experience coordinating and conducting end-user training including preparing and updating training materials. As part of an implementation training rollout a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
