Lead modernization of Georgia DECAL’s mission-critical licensing and eligibility platform from legacy ASP.NET to modern .NET and Azure architectures. Design APIs, cloud services, SQL Server solutions, React components, CI/CD pipelines, reporting integrations, and AI-enabled features. Own technical decisions, testing, deployment, documentation, production support, root-cause analysis, and code quality while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Integrate and normalize security data sources, investigate forensic evidence, collaborate on remediation, and support audit readiness through SIEM control evidence and compliance reporting.

Supports and leads user acceptance testing for modernization projects within an Agile/Scrum team. Performs manual and automated testing, creates and executes test cases and automation scripts, conducts API and performance testing, and collaborates with users and business areas. Uses tools including Jira, Zephyr, SQL Server, Postman, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, and ServiceNow to improve test coverage and reduce testing time.
