Embed AI and tooling to produce board packs and operationalize finance across African markets.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and consolidated reports; manage general ledger, reconciliations, fixed asset register and debtors; ensure GAAP/IFRS and local tax compliance; perform budget variance analysis and identify cost reductions; delegate and mentor junior staff; streamline accounting processes; lead rollout of a new accounting/bookings system.
