Key Responsibilities
- Financial Advisory: Serve as an agile, on-demand strategic partner to executive leadership, evaluating new commercial opportunities for legal compliance and financial efficiency.
- Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Oversee and maintain complete, accurate day-to-day accounting records across multiple holding companies, operational entities, and upcoming venture launches.
- Inter-Entity Capital Structuring: Plan and execute capital transfers between parent companies and subsidiaries cleanly, transparently, and in strict accordance with South African tax laws.
- Cross-Border & Forex Operations: Manage foreign exchange movements, international loan agreements, and foreign capital flows within regulatory parameters.
- Collaborative Compliance: Maintain clean accounting records to seamlessly interface with an outsourced compliance partner (OCFO) for year-end statements, provisional tax, CIPC, and payroll.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with cross-border financial transactions, foreign exchange rules, and international entity structures.
- Solid working knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax compliance concerning Cryptocurrency and digital assets.
- Strong familiarity with or direct experience in financial markets/forex trading environments is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of independently managing books for multi-entity or group structures.
- Proactive, commercially sound, and comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment.
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Finance / similar related field
Skills Required
- Experience with cross-border financial transactions, foreign exchange rules, and international entity structures
- Working knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax compliance for cryptocurrency and digital assets
- Familiarity with or direct experience in financial markets or forex trading environments
- Experience independently managing books for multi-entity or group structures

- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
