Lead workforce planning and allocation across delivery teams in Chennai. Manage forecasting, bench utilization, staffing meetings, stakeholder engagement, reporting on utilization/bench metrics, and drive process improvements and automation for efficient resource deployment.

Validate AI-powered applications and automation workflows through manual and automated testing. Design and execute test plans for functional, integration, regression, API, performance, and end-to-end tests. Validate LLM outputs for accuracy, hallucinations, bias, and edge cases. Build and maintain automation frameworks, perform API testing, create test data strategies, collaborate on defect resolution, and document quality metrics using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks and API test suites (Rest Assured/Postman). Execute functional, regression, integration, and database testing, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, log and track defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support release validation and continuous QA improvements.

Design and execute manual and AI-driven automated tests for IVR/voice and web systems. Build and prompt AI agents to generate and run tests, log and triage defects, maintain traceability, produce test reports, and collaborate with developers and DevOps. Support on-call/off-hours testing for deployments.

The role involves providing Tier 1 IT helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, logging tickets, and ensuring timely resolution. Responsibilities also include creating knowledge base articles, following ITIL best practices, and assisting with user account management.
