Provide help desk and end-user support by managing tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software and peripherals, performing routine system maintenance, onboarding users and provisioning access, and ensuring regulatory compliance with credit union policies.

Build member relationships to meet sales goals; interview loan applicants; prepare and review loan applications and documents; authorize loan changes; monitor loan compliance; identify and report suspicious transactions; ensure compliance with lending laws, Bank Secrecy Act, NCUA regulations.

The VP Controller oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, budget development, cash management, and audit coordination, while leading the accounting team in a credit union setting.
