Administer and monitor on-premises and cloud server infrastructure, including configurations, patches, permissions, deployments, backups, disaster recovery, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and network resources. Evaluate and integrate technologies, develop security policies, document infrastructure, conduct customer technology reviews, support business continuity, simulate data-loss scenarios, and resolve operational and security issues. The role combines remote work with office and customer-site responsibilities in Santo Domingo.

Design, deploy, and support VMware-based private cloud (SDDC/HCI/SDN) solutions. Create high/low-level designs, run POCs and health checks, perform upgrades/patching, troubleshoot RCAs, and provide SLA-aligned technical support while collaborating with architects and customers.

Support IT operations through documentation, asset management, and improvement projects while developing technical and professional skills under mentorship. Work spans networking basics, information security fundamentals, M365 tool usage, and service desk practices across assigned program areas.
