Lead and grow the Employee Benefits sales and operations across territories: manage broker/client relationships, optimize claims and provider networks, drive RTA/digital transformation, ensure profitability and compliance, and develop multi-territory teams and performance reporting.

Develop and grow relationships with existing clients, brokers, banks, and group/pension accounts. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, perform needs and cost-benefit analyses, meet sales targets, handle complaints, coordinate internally, represent the company at events, and provide client training and ongoing support.

Provide administrative support to the Group Health Underwriting team: assign cases and renewals, manage underwriting mailboxes, prepare reports and refund cheques, update PCM, maintain files, and follow up on turnaround times and queries.

Support identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring and reporting of market, credit, liquidity and operational risks. Prepare monthly yield curves and quarterly risk premiums; coordinate bond valuation inputs and price checks; produce credit ratings, reviews and outlooks to support IFRS; maintain risk inventory, controls and mitigation plans; prepare risk reports for management and board.

Identify, analyze, and clear unallocated payments by matching incoming payments to invoices, investigating discrepancies with stakeholders, preparing reconciliation reports, resolving aged balances, supporting month/year-end receivables close, ensuring compliance and documentation, and recommending process improvements.

Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, build client and partner relationships, identify upsell opportunities, meet sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, and document feedback to improve service delivery.

Provide administrative support to sales staff and branch management by processing new insurance applications, managing pending cases and documents, maintaining reports and spreadsheets, handling mail and policy distributions, preparing quotations, and assisting agents with system uploads and follow-ups to ensure timely customer service.

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders; build relationships with customers and partners; resolve issues promptly; meet sales targets through upselling and referrals; collaborate with internal teams; document feedback and recommend service improvements; continuously improve performance.

Manage and optimize the insurer's investment and mortgage portfolios, oversee treasury and liquidity, conduct credit and market analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise mortgage operations, maintain external lender and borrower relationships, and support strategic transactions through modelling and due diligence.

Lead IT infrastructure and operations including production systems, databases, availability, capacity, incident and change management, enterprise architecture, project governance, disaster recovery, and outsourced service oversight. Manage and coach IT teams, enforce controls and SLAs, drive solution delivery, and align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
