Owns product direction, discovery, requirements, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery, release readiness, adoption, and post-launch performance. Partners with insurance operations, engineering, architecture, data, QA, support, marketing, and sales. Requires insurance domain expertise, SaaS product experience, technical and AI fluency, and the ability to define scalable APIs, integrations, embedded insurance experiences, and platform capabilities.
