Create and execute social media strategies and visual assets across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Provide first- and second-level desktop support: troubleshoot Windows and basic Mac issues, install and repair hardware and printers, maintain tickets, work with vendors for A/V issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support AD/GPO, Office 365, MDM and enterprise security solutions.

Provide on-site L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices at a client site. Troubleshoot Windows hardware and software, deploy and image PCs, patch network points, resolve connectivity and printer issues, handle IMACs and incidents, maintain documentation, and work with internal teams and vendors using remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Provide on-site Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals. Troubleshoot Windows OS and software issues, perform imaging and PC deployment, patch network points, resolve connectivity and printer problems, manage incidents and IMACs, maintain documentation, use remote support tools and ticketing systems, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support VIP and regular users.

Source and engage IT talent globally and manage full-cycle recruitment from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate across time zones, promote employer brand, and provide market intelligence on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and visa/work rules.

Manage multinational financial records, prepare timely financial reports, maintain bookkeeping, process accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations, and liaise with local accountants.

Provide L2 onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices, handling IMAC, advanced troubleshooting, VIP support, asset tagging, CMDB updates, inventory tracking, printer and AV support, hardware refreshes, warranty coordination, and new-hire onboarding across multiple Barcelona sites.

Provide first- and second-level local and remote desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, maintain ticket updates and SLA compliance, support Windows and basic Mac environments, manage printers and peripherals, work with vendors on AV issues, and assist on IT projects including preventative maintenance and remediation.
