Owns employer and corporate brand strategy, internal communications, employee engagement, review-site reputation, events, presentations, website content, and employee value proposition rollout. The role partners with executives, recruitment, business development, and external marketing agencies to improve communication, engagement, recruitment outcomes, and organizational culture across homes, schools, and support functions.

Supports school leadership through strategic planning, daily management, staff development, curriculum oversight, safeguarding, SEND provision, behaviour, attendance, compliance, and school improvement. The role includes teaching, line management, performance management, partnership with governors and external agencies, and serving as Designated Safeguarding Lead, with potential SENCO and pastoral responsibilities.
