Leads business development and sales performance by setting targets, developing sales strategies, managing budgets, forecasting portfolio results, and overseeing pricing and profitability. Builds and maintains customer relationships, supports collections, and promotes customer satisfaction. Recruits, trains, and develops sales team members, establishes KPIs, conducts performance reviews, and implements improvement plans while supporting health and safety policies.

Support category marketing by assisting with annual brand plans, marketing support activities, product development input, product launch tracking, performance data collection and analysis, promotional planning, and ensuring all category marketing aligns with the Nuqul Group brand image.

Develops and executes annual and channel marketing plans for a product category, supports product development and launches, monitors performance and competitors, leads and develops the category team, manages partner and customer relationships, and implements health and safety policies.

Improve warehouse productivity and efficiency by identifying and eliminating material handling, inventory, equipment, and process losses. Establish and standardize warehouse processes, monitor performance using RTT DMSs, analyze data, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, service, and productivity, and work cross-functionally to sustain improvements.

Manage daily order and shipping operations including backorder follow-up, picking and allocation, distributor order tracking, pricing and promotion checks, commission handling, and sales vs. forecast performance analysis. Prepare and send SKU files to Sales and Distribution and produce daily, weekly, and monthly item-performance reports.

Record and process third-party ledger and booking entries, manage accounts payable, prepare financial and statistical reports, reconcile third-party accounts, investigate and correct data anomalies, maintain financial files, ensure legislative compliance, and advise business areas on financial performance.
