Supports technical execution and coordination of microelectronics utility infrastructure projects, including engineering reviews, vendor and construction coordination, commissioning, startup, testing, troubleshooting, turnover, and operational readiness. Works with project managers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary global teams on wastewater treatment, water reclaim, ultrapure water, and zero liquid discharge systems. Participates in technical documentation, field execution, FAT, SAT, startup planning, and system performance verification.

Leads Aquatech’s global Microelectronics Engineering organization and sets its technical strategy, standards, culture, and execution discipline. Provides senior technical leadership for semiconductor water and wastewater projects spanning UPW, WWT, reclaim, and ZLD. Establishes engineering standards, qualifies emerging technologies, improves quality and efficiency, develops KPIs, leads continuous improvement, and mentors engineering leaders. Requires extensive semiconductor utility infrastructure expertise and experience building multidisciplinary engineering organizations.

Develops water-treatment process designs using evaporation and crystallization technologies. Responsibilities include client needs analysis, technical proposal writing, cost estimation, heat and material balances, process flow and instrumentation diagrams, equipment sizing, pressure vessel and heat exchanger design, pilot testing, and collaboration during procurement and startup. The role supports sales and business development as a technical expert and is performed full-time in person in Hartland, Wisconsin.

Coordinates engineering activities for water and wastewater technology projects, including specification reviews, project documentation, design coordination, vendor and customer communication, scheduling, progress reporting, material tracking in SAP, shipment documentation, site visits, construction support, and as-built documentation. The role also resolves engineering issues, manages design changes, supports subcontractor RFIs, and requires 10% domestic and international travel.

Supports Global FP&A through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, profitability assessment, transaction due diligence, valuation, and strategic initiative evaluation. Prepares segment and management reporting, analyzes performance variances, develops executive and Board presentations, and partners with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

The Project Engineer will review project specifications, coordinate with teams, manage engineering documents, and ensure project progress reporting, while engaging in site visits and vendor management.

The Senior Subcontracts Coordinator finalizes and manages orders with subcontractors, oversees procurement of technical commodities, and handles vendor negotiations and contract management. Requires strong organizational skills and substantial experience in purchasing.

The Process Engineer will support potential customers in developing concept designs for water and wastewater treatment systems and participate in technical review, calculations, and drafting proposals for engineering services agreements.

The Estimation Engineer will manage proposal-specific costing data, obtain quotes, develop estimates using software, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
