Catalogs, processes, repairs, inventories, and withdraws library materials, including government documents and electronic resources. Maintains records in Sierra, supports course reserves, trains student employees, and collaborates on catalog cleanup. Provides circulation-desk services such as check-in/check-out, renewals, patron assistance, borrower-card issuance, telephone support, payments, shelving, and stack maintenance. The role also requires opening or closing the library and handling books and materials physically.

Manages student accounts receivable, including billing, collections, payment plans, aging analysis, reporting, and compliance. Serves students and families through financial counseling and account support, trains staff, develops policies, and leads process improvements. Uses Jenzabar and related financial systems to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency while collaborating with campus teams to support student retention and reduce outstanding balances.

Lead and manage university accounting, treasury, financial reporting, grants, and business systems. Ensure GAAP-compliant financials, internal controls, audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. Supervise staff, implement ERP/financial systems improvements, and support strategic financial decision-making.
