Lead and manage university accounting, treasury, financial reporting, grants, and business systems. Ensure GAAP-compliant financials, internal controls, audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. Designs, implements, maintains, and secures on-site and cloud infrastructure (Azure, M365, Google Workspace). Manages backups with Veeam, networks, patching, monitoring, and documentation. Serves as evening Help Desk lead, triaging and resolving user issues remotely, directing a Junior Systems Administrator, and improving update/change-control processes.
