Drives revenue growth and market expansion for calibration services across assigned territories. Identifies leads, expands relationships across 150–200 customer locations, demonstrates services, cultivates existing accounts, negotiates and closes sales, and maintains CRM records. Supports trade shows, demonstrations, training events, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires substantial field engagement, technical or industrial sales expertise, regional market knowledge, and travel of up to 50%.

Conduct independent forensic electrical investigations involving system failures, fires, equipment malfunctions, power surges, lightning, and loss causation. Perform site inspections, analyze evidence and electrical systems, evaluate code compliance, prepare defensible technical reports, and communicate findings to clients, attorneys, insurers, and contractors. Provide litigation support, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and expert testimony as needed. Work independently on project-based assignments while maintaining professional licensure and meeting deadlines.

Conduct forensic biomechanical investigations of crashes, slip-and-fall incidents, and mechanical failures; analyze human motion, forces, and injury mechanisms; perform static and dynamic testing; prepare technical reports; present findings to clients, conferences, and in legal proceedings; and provide deposition and trial testimony.

Investigate and reconstruct vehicle and traffic collisions using engineering, physics, human factors, inspections, 3D scanning, EDR and ADAS data, testing, and simulation. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and expert opinions for technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in depositions and trials, provide expert testimony, maintain technical expertise, and manage multiple cases and deadlines. Frequent driving and occasional overnight travel are required.

Coordinates HR processes across assigned business segments, including preboarding, onboarding, background checks, drug testing, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS maintenance, employee inquiries, offboarding, reporting, and personnel records. Supports performance management, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, engagement, compliance documentation, and employment verifications. This is a six-month contract position with potential full-time conversion.
