Own reconciliations between Paylocity and M3, allocate labor costs, manage payroll taxes, reconcile benefit programs and workers' compensation, drive month-end payroll close, support audits and compliance, partner with HR/Payroll/FP&A, and lead process improvements and system integrations to scale payroll accounting.

Assist sales management in maintaining customer satisfaction through clerical and administrative tasks, including light selling duties and effective communication with guests and hotel staff.
